If you are not among the lucky ones who can manage to buy a new vessel with your own material resources, the company Ultra-jedrenje d.o.o. offers you our new Charter Management Programme for paying your new vessel on credit or leasing in instalments for the duration of 5 to 7 years. Our principle is very simple. After your purchase just leave your boat to our use, and we shall undertake the following:

• Your vessel's promotion for charterer accommodation services (web sites, catalogues, advertisements in prominent nautical magazines),

• Other marketing expenses (visiting leading nautical fairs and exhibition of goods and services at the stated fairs),

• Regular following of bookings for all actual weeks with administration work,

• Organization of charter base and operational affairs,

• Communication with direct charterers and agencies whose provision shall be paid out of our own share,

• Collecting all necessary documentation (concessions, vessel licences, registration of vessels, etc.),

• Vessel's maintenance in and out of season,

• Maintenance of the vessel's cleanliness and tidiness,

• Annual vessel's insurance,

• Annual mooring costs and expenditures,

• Registration of the vessel in order to be able to sail under the Croatian flag,

• Delivery of owner's vessel after the completion of the whole charter period,

Profit sharing: after the deducted discount based on our price list and the Croatian VAT rate of 50% -50%, expense report and payment for the vessel two times in season, i.e. on 15 July and on 15 October during every current calender year.

By combining an appropriate vessel from a few Beneteau Yachts brands (e.g. Beneteau Oceanis, Beneteau First, Beneteau Cyclades) and the company Ultra sailing, as your partner in the Charter Management Programme, you won't have to take care of the credit or leasing instalments or your earnings. Your annual income shall be sufficient to ensure you being at ease and taking control of your own vessel for the duration of 5 to 7 years, depending on the type of the chosen vessel and the type of the financing model, in case you need one.

One week during the high season and two weeks out of season (01. October-01.May) we can leave the vessel at your own disposal, but with your prior booking.

We recommend using free weeks for the sake of better occupancy rate.
